How long will my order take to ship?

Your order will be posted within three business days. Shipping time will depend on your location, but usually Australia Post will get it to you within 5 business days for standard shipping or less for express. If you are purchasing something as a gift and are concerned about it arriving in time, let me know through here and I’ll see if we can do any magic x

Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy?

If you have any worries about your product being faulty, please get in touch and we can get started on fixing up a return. As each candle is hand made, slight variations in taper and shape should be expected and are not considered faults.

We are sure you will love our candles but please choose carefully as we cannot offer returns for change or mind.
